We help biopharma companies to create partnerships around the world by connecting Compound Providers who are willing to license-out compounds from their R&D pipelines to the Compound Seekers who are seeking compounds to license-in.

An online platform with a user-friendly and business-oriented interface, BioNeex gives both Compound Providers and Compound Seekers an opportunity to create promising partnerships.


As a Compound Provider you have on our platform the exclusive privilege to list your compounds yourself by creating a separate profile for each compound and uploading the non-confidential executive information. After few short steps you will be set to be contacted directly by your potential partners in order to lead you to the conclusion of a successful deal.


As a Compound Seeker, you will have access to the most up to date and complete information about the compounds of your interest, as well as non-confidential information not otherwise accessible through publicly available information on the internet. Indeed, on our platform, information about the compounds is provided exclusively by the Compound Providers themselves through our smart designed compound profile. Additionally, Compound Providers are invited to upload purified information about the compound through our "Non-Confidential Executive Information" attachment tab. It will give your company the possibility to be always updated and avoid any kind of incomplete and misleading data.

Our Service

We not only provide the list of compounds available for licensing partnership but also we aim within one year period of registration time to create success oriented algorithmic matches based on smart designed compound profiles provided from Compound Providers and compound preferences provided from Compound Seekers.
In our online platform we provide a combination of technological breakthrough with integrated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.


We offer one year free registration and access to the platform both for Compound Providers and Compound Seekers.


The success fee will be incurred exclusively on the in-licensor side, and only in case of successful partnering.

Our Focuses Are

  • Compounds that cannot be developed standalone due to limited resources

  • Discontinued compounds, which have been put aside due to strategic decisions.
    Our platform gives them a second chance to be developed by another company.

  • Compounds that have potential for Additional Indications due to the compound’s Mechanism of Action, which can be additionally monetized by licensing-out to another company for new indication

How Our Model Works

If you are a Compound Provider, you can list an unlimited number of compounds.


First, you need to register your company and create an account. For verification of your account after submitting the registration request you will receive an e-mail from the BioNeex team. After completing these easy steps, you will receive the Login access to your page and then you will be able to create the profile of your compound as well as upload a non-confidential information regarding to your compound and your compound will be anonymously listed under the Pipeline.


If you are a Compound Seeker, you have unlimited access to detailed information about the listed compounds available for licensing partnerships, including the non-confidential informations and the contact details of the corresponding compound provider.


First, you need to register your company and create an account. For verification of your account after submitting the registration request you will receive an e-mail from the BioNeex team. After completing these easy steps, you will receive the Login access to your page and then you can also create your compound preferences. If there is already a compound matching your preferences you will receive a notice on your e-mail address.


If you are at the same time a Compound Provider and a Compound Seeker, you need to be registered separately.
